Another thing you can experiment with to counteract premature ejaculation is positions. By using less stimulating positions or positions that offer better possibilities for relaxation, you will last longer.
- Woman on Top – The woman on top sex position allows you to focus 100 percent on relaxing because you don’t have to thrust. That you don’t thrust, however, also means that you have less control. Which in some cases may affect your ability to last longer in bed in a negative way.
- Missionary – Generally, the missionary is the most stimulating position. Thus, not the best position for lasting longer. But by separating your legs, you make the position a little bit better. You can also increase your partner’s stimulation, as well as reduce your own by lifting up her legs and pushing them against her.
